I am trying to fix an old rosary and I'm having trouble locating the right size and style to match the existing beads. below is a link to a photo in the hopes you may know where I could get this bead. It is dark brown wooden, about 4mm-5mm and carved with concentric circles.

any help would be appreciated, this was my wife's grandfather's rosary.

That looks like it is the Our Father bead in our 645BR set of beads which are available here http://www.olrm.org/online_store/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=292. I would say that the Our Father bead is 5 mm.

How many beads are missing from the rosary?

I've bought beads from here a few times.

More than likely you will not fine the exact same bead. My suggestion is to remove the OF bead & use the ones from the site listed above for the OF beads. I think your beads might be bigger than what you think. If you have any HM beads missing, you can use the OF beads that you removed. I did that with a rosary that was missing the crucifix end of the rosary.
