Hello Everyone,

I am a new rosary maker in Tennessee. I have made 5 wire rosaries now and I am getting a little better each time. I enjoy making them and I am looking forward to learning from all of you on this forum.

I am, also, planning on making some chord rosaries but haven't done that yet.

I pray the rosary every day and it has been such a wonderful devotion to bring me closer to Christ and our Lady. I want to share it with the world and develop some kind of personal (lay) ministry through this service, so that's why I am here.

Thanks for everything OLRM!

Darryl

Hi Darryl,
I love making rosaries too. I started with cord, and went to beads...I haven't been able to stop...the custom designs just flow constantly.
I love the state of Tennessee...We were looking into relocating or getting a cabin for summer in the eastern part where the mountains are. It gets pretty hot in Florida...so to go to the mountains would be great.
I have often thought of taking some classes making wire jewelry. I make beaded rosaries with eyepins, and also on a wire. They don't seem to be as flexible...but there's more room for design with the wire.
I hope to learn some new techniques here too....hope to hear from you.
Karen
