I never thought of myself as being chosen to be a rosary maker, I just felt it was a "safe" activity for someone who doesn't want to teach children, be in charge of a church group, or anything else that requires too much responsibility. I just sit at home, make wire rosaries, and mail them to someone in the U.S. who'll see that they get distributed to those most in need of them.
I hope that your home May crowning goes well, and leaves you feeling blessed.
Right now I'm quite upset over what to do if there are no presidential candidates that I can vote for in good conscience. So I make rosaries, and that helps me remember that all is not lost. I'm connected to millions of people spanning hundreds of years of prayer -- I'm not just stuck in this present moment where I can't see the good outcome.
"Remember that you are the guardians of beauty in the world."
