My brother had Down syndrome, and after reading the article, my sisters and I all agree that if only he had received training in infancy the way they do now with kids with Down syndrome, that Big Dave could have made rosaries, too. Dave passed away a year ago in January.

He didn't get any education until he was 10 (he was born in 1956). But he loved the Lord, loved to count things, and could count to 10. I think he would have made a nifty rosary maker!
